Since the news first emerged we have been testing a coordinated company-wide business continuity and pandemic response to not only protect our colleagues but also to minimise any disruption to our customers, should the situation escalate. We have also been working hard with key suppliers to ensure they too have robust business continuity plans which safeguards our ability to continue with business in a way that has the least disruptive effects on all parties. This is why we have implemented our online deposit and finance approval scheme which our customers can carry out in the comfort of their homes or business premises so reducing the need for more contact than is required. We will also offer free delivery to any part of England, wales or Scotland with Northern Ireland on a quotation basis. We recognise that this is a highly uncertain and rapidly evolving situation and for us, as of today, it's business as usual based on Government advice. What does this mean for you? • You can view our website for images, videos and vehicle descriptions. • We are a phone call away to answer any questions you have. • Our finance providers will continue to underwrite proposals albeit you may experience some slight delays in us getting answers back. • There will be no change to our quality control. • You will still be given our standard 6 months RAC warranty if the vehicle is out of Manufacturers warranty.
